AS -200 Transparent Armored Nano-Sealer Sealing & Abrasion Resistance

 

Description:

An innovative water-based Nano-technological coating made of selected materials for sealing, stabilizing, and strengthening mineral surfaces, as well as for ceramics and porcelain granite.

AS-200 is built with a unique cross-linked structure that provides a transparent protective layer that penetrates the mineral, strengthens the top layerand provides an internal sealed layer with excellent abrasion resistance.

AS-200 is UV resistant and transparent, penetrates the surface, seals the substrate, bridges capillary cracks, and provides abrasion protection.

For strong stain protection:

Applying one layer of AS-200 with one layer of BO-STONE from the company will provide a unique combined protection system against oil stains, dirt, and increased abrasion resistance, preventing dust formation and damage to concrete/stone surfaces. This combination is far superior to any competing traditional system designed for stain and abrasion resistance.

AS-200 strengthens weak substrates and stabilizes the surface crust against disintegration for all natural minerals such as limestone, concrete, stone, bricks etc.

AS-200 is especially suitable for high-rise buildings where the external cladding is done using the dry hanging method, providing a sealed protective layer and excellent strengthening of the cement surface against wind erosion and as an effective barrier against corrosion caused by weather damage and aggressive marine environments.

AS-200 is suitable for strengthening and sealing soft mineral surfaces such as gypsum boards, clay, silica blocks, white cement bricks, etc

AS-200 serves as an adequate primer/base to improve the adhesion strength of plaster and various adhesives used for bonding ceramic tiles, porcelain granite, and stone white, dramatically improving bonding strength and sealing for shower rooms and outdoor uses and swimming pools

AS-200 provides an excellent sealing protective layer on ceramic, porcelain granite, grout, and caulk surfaces.

AS-200 can be used for sealing negative applications (not for massive water leaks).

Uses:

As a protective coating for building cladding, strengthening weak or disintegrating stone/concrete substrates, limestone, and concrete surfaces in parking lots and logistics warehouses against abrasion, casting, for dry construction, architectural concrete, strengthening soft substrates such as gypsum boards, clay, cement board, for sealing acrylic and mineral plaster, standard plaster, ceramics, marble, and porcelain granite.

Coverage: 8-10 sq. m/liter, depending on absorption, surface type, and application method.

Appearance/Color: Transparent (MAY provides a wet look on dark tiles).

Packaging: 1-L, 3.8-L, 18-L.

Storage/Shelf Life:

1.5 years in original packaging in a shaded and closed place. Frozen material is no longer usable.

Application:

  1. Do not dilute. The product is ready for use.
  2. Remove dust and dirt.
  3. Mix well before use.
  4. Apply to a dry surface. Minimum two cross-linked layers by spraying/brushing/rolling. Apply the second layer after 60-80 minutes (depending on ambient temp & humidity) after the first layer is completely dry and transparent.
  5. The number of layers depends on the substrate condition and application method.
  6. Fast touch dry time: 1-2 hours, depending on ambient temperature. Final drying time: 24 hours.

Warnings:

  1. Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 h after application
  2. Maximum adhesion strength is achieved after 28 days.
  3. Onto new concrete, apply after 28 days/complete curing
