Before your order is shipped from us, you may cancel your order free of charge.
We of course send you good and normal products. In the event that you received a product that was damaged in delivery, or a product different from the one you ordered, you will be entitled to choose between the two: Cancel the transaction at no cost to you, and we will pick up the product from the place where we delivered it. We will replace the product with a working product, at our expense and at no cost to you.
If the promised deadline for the delivery of the product has passed and the shipment has not reached you – you will be entitled to cancel the purchase without any cost on your part. You have the right to cancel a purchase you made on the website, even without reason, within 14 days of receiving the product, under these conditions: The product has not been used and is not damaged. The product was stored with you according to the instructions written on it.
Upon receiving the product back with us, you will be awarded the purchase price, minus 5% of the purchase price (including shipping fees) or NIS 100 (whichever is lower).
It is not possible to exchange or return a product that has been used in any way or that has been damaged. Defining the condition of the product as used or damaged will be at the sole discretion of the website operator. A refund or credit will be equal to the amount actually paid, that is, it will not include the amounts of discounts and benefits given.
