  1. Product Description

NFM-AC Condenser is a permanent, ultra-thin nano-hybrid coating based on a unique solvent formulation. It combines an inorganic silica-based network for maximum durability with organic flexibility (Modified Hybrid Materials).

The coating is designed for extreme anti-corrosion protection on non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, stainless steel, etc.) and forms a direct covalent cross-link bond with the metal substrate. This prevents peeling, cracking, or delamination even under extreme vibration and severe temperature fluctuations. NFM-AC Condenser provides a unique nano-metric protective layer engineered to enhance resistance against weathering, water spots, scale, rust, and metal corrosion, thereby protecting and extending the lifespan of the metallic asset post-application.

Thanks to its ultra-low dynamic viscosity (1–10 mPas), the material possesses absolute penetrative capability, allowing it to penetrate deep into dense cooling coils and radiators to coat every micron of the surface area, including complex welds and galvanic joints.

  • Thermal Transparency & Energy Efficiency: Unlike traditional polymer or epoxy coatings (such as Blygold) that form a thick barrier layer which insulates heat, impairs heat dissipation, and increases power consumption, NFM-AC features an ultra-thin dry film thickness of only 6–8 microns. Due to its micro-physical scale and high breathability, it does not act as an insulating barrier; it preserves the original thermal conductivity, improves heat dissipation efficiency, enhances HVAC performance, and saves thousands of dollars in cumulative energy and maintenance costs.

The product was developed and precisely tailored for two key areas requiring the highest operational durability:

  • HVAC/R Systems in Marine and Extreme Environments: Ultimate protection for condensers, evaporators, and aluminum fins operating along coastlines and heavy industrial areas (Extreme Corrosion Classification C5 / CX). The coating prevents the accumulation of salinity, marine moisture, and oxides; it protects against and mitigates galvanic corrosion at the contact and welding points between copper and aluminum, thereby preventing gas leaks and significantly extending the system’s operational lifespan.
  • Radiators and Heat Exchange Systems in Vehicles, Heavy Machinery, and Heavy Equipment: The coating maintains clean air passages and prevents the adhesion and buildup of contaminants that restrict airflow, increase engine temperature, and cause accelerated engine wear. Designed for: trucks, ships, cranes, generators, and industrial machinery operating in environments heavily saturated with soot, oils, mud, dust, and industrial pollution in mines and quarries.

  1. Application Instructions & Surface Preparation

Initial Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the surface to remove dirt, grease, soot, and dust. It is recommended to use the water-based cleaner Z-300 by Nano Coatings, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and dry completely (preferably using compressed

  1. Deep Micro-Cleaning (Mandatory): For the micro-scale removal of hidden contaminants and to achieve metal activation, it is mandatory to apply Nano Coatings’ COMPONENT-A preparation. The product evaporates on its own within 10–20 seconds.
  2. Application Method: On the completely dry and clean surface, apply, dip, or spray NFM-AC.
  • For Industrial/Professional Use: It is recommended to spray using an Airless system at low air pressure with an ultra-fine nozzle (0.25–0.3 mm or less) from a distance of 10–15 cm until uniform wetting of all fins and the full depth of the coil is achieved.
  • Note: For manual spraying, use a professional nano-sprayer (available for purchase from the company).
  1. Environmental Application Conditions: It is recommended to apply at an ambient temperature of 20–30°C. Do not apply on hot surfaces, frozen surfaces, or when rain is expected within 24 hours of application.
  2. Packaging, Storage, and Shelf Life

  • Storage: Store the product in its original, tightly sealed container, in a shaded, dry, and well-ventilated area.
  • Shelf Life: Up to one year from the manufacturing date under proper storage conditions.

Precautions and Safety (MSDS)

The product is solvent-based (alcohol-based) and is therefore flammable. Keep completely away from heat sources, sparks, open flames, or hot surfaces, both during storage and during field application. Application must be performed exclusively in a well-ventilated area or under appropriate air extraction systems, while using full personal protective equipment (PPE) (respiratory mask suitable for solvents, safety goggles, and gloves).
